We stand behind the quality of every service we deliver. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund from EASY WORKS.
1. Virtual Office Service (VPOB / APOB)
If your GST application is rejected three (3) times or more, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the fees paid for the Virtual Office service.
Important exception: In cases where the GST application is rejected for reasons other than PPOB (Principal Place of Business) issues — for example, missing personal KYC documents, mismatched signatures, incorrect declarations, or applicant-side errors — a deduction of ₹3,000 will be applied towards documentation and processing charges before the refund is issued.
2. All Other Services
For every other service we provide (GST Registration, Monthly GST Filing, Startup & Compliance, Income Tax, MSME/Udyam, Legal Drafting, E-Commerce Accounting, and any add-on services):
- A full refund can only be claimed within 24 hours of payment, and only if the application has not yet been filed with the concerned authority.
- If the application has already been filed, or if a refund is requested after 24 hours, only the Government Fee (if included in the service pricing) will be refunded. Our professional / service fee is non-refundable in this case.
- If the application is rejected by the department after filing, the same rule applies — only the Government Fee portion, if it was included in the service, will be refunded.
3. How to Request a Refund
To claim a refund under this policy, email us at bookings@easyworks.in with:
- Your invoice number or order reference
- The service you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation (such as GST rejection orders, if applicable)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Government fees that have already been paid to the tax department or ministry on your behalf (unless explicitly recoverable from the authority).
- Third-party subscription costs (such as Tally licences, notary fees, courier charges) that have already been dispatched or activated.
- Services where you have received the final deliverable (GST certificate, incorporation certificate, filed return acknowledgement, etc.).
- Requests raised more than 24 hours after payment for non-VPOB services.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
