EASY WORKS offers this website and our automated e-commerce data integration and reporting tools (the "Services") to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or authorizing our software to connect to your e-commerce channels, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site and software, including without limitation merchants, e-commerce platform sellers, and business clients.

By accessing or using any part of the site or authorizing our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.
Any new features, reporting tools, or platform integrations (e.g., Amazon SP-API, Flipkart API, Myntra API) which are added to the current software shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Section 1 — Service Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are operating a legitimate business entity and have the lawful authority to link your e-commerce merchant accounts to our Services.
You may not use our software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to tax, financial, and data privacy laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Section 2 — General Conditions
You understand that your business content (not including sensitive e-commerce API credentials and client data), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Rest assured, all e-commerce transactional data, API tokens, and credentials are encrypted during transfer and at rest over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Section 3 — Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Data
While our software automates the extraction of reports from third-party platforms, we are dependent on the data uptime provided by those respective marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra). We are not liable for delayed, incomplete, or corrupted reports caused directly by API outages on the marketplace's side.
The information generated by our tool is intended to assist with internal accounting and reconciliation. It is the user's ultimate responsibility to verify the absolute accuracy of their financial and tax filings with relevant tax authorities.
Section 4 — Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our software subscriptions and compliance services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 5 — Intended Use & Regional Limitations
Our Services are designed specifically for e-commerce sellers managing marketplace integrations, GST compliance, VPoB, and automated financial reconciliations. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the provision of our software or Services to any person, marketplace seller, or geographic jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Section 6 — Account Integrity & Platform Authorization
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate business and account information for all integrations managed through our software. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and API configurations, so that we can complete your data extractions and contact you as needed.
Section 7 — Third-Party Platform Integrations (E-commerce APIs)
Our Service functions by securely integrating with third-party e-commerce platforms via official application programming interfaces (APIs), including but not limited to the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), Flipkart Seller API, and Myntra OMS API. By authorizing our software application within your marketplace seller account, you grant EASY WORKS explicit permission to act as an authorized data processor to retrieve financial, transactional, and operational data (including settlement reports, tax invoices, TDS reports, and challans) required to perform our compliance and data aggregation services.
You acknowledge that you retain full control over your marketplace permissions and can revoke our software's API access at any time directly via your Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or corresponding marketplace developer console. We provide access to these integrations "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of uninterrupted marketplace API uptime. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from third-party API deprecations, sudden structural policy changes by marketplaces, or token revocations initiated by the user or the platform.
Section 8 — User Access and Data Extraction
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials to our software secure. You agree that you are fully responsible for all data extraction jobs triggered under your account profile.
Section 9 — Intellectual Property and Submissions
All software algorithms, code bases, database schemas, user interface designs, and documentation created by EASY WORKS remain the exclusive intellectual property of EASY WORKS.
Section 10 — Personal and Transactional Information
Your submission of personal and transactional store information through our application is strictly governed by our updated Privacy Policy, which has been explicitly extended to cover Amazon SP-API and related e-commerce data protection policies.
Section 11 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or within our software data tables that contains typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to report headers, processing timestamps, or marketplace fee descriptions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice.
Section 12 — Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the software, site, or its content:
- (a) for any unlawful purpose;
- (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
- (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
- (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
- (e) to collect or track the personal information of others outside your authorized organization;
- (f) to spam, phish, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape data fields that are not explicitly authorized by your e-commerce integration; or
- (g) to circumvent the security features of our application or connected marketplace APIs.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.
Section 13 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be completely uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, as data flows are reliant on external marketplace systems. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all data delivery features are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
In no case shall EASY WORKS, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or software developers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or statutory penalties arising from incorrect manual configurations or marketplace data mismatches. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
Section 14 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EASY WORKS and our partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of e-commerce API authorizations, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party marketplace.
Section 15 — Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.
Section 16 — Termination
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your software integration profile and explicitly revoking our API token access via your marketplace seller account. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and deny you access to our software.
Section 17 — Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, superseding any prior versions.
Section 18 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
